Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Here are the official Wholesale Terms & Conditions for BrowsXpert (distributed via cosmeticxpert.com).

By checking the "I agree Wholesale Terms" box on your registration form and clicking Submit, your business agrees to comply with the following commercial and legal policies:

1. Eligibility & Account Verification

  • Professional Use Only: BrowsXpert products (including professional henna kits, brow mapping tools, and lamination formulas) are restricted to licensed beauty professionals, salons, academies, and authorized retailers.

  • Business Documentation: To activate your wholesale account, you must provide a valid business license or tax ID.

  • Tax Status: If your organization selects "Yes" for tax exemption, you must submit a valid Resale Certificate or Tax-Exempt Certificate to prevent sales tax from being applied to your orders.

2. Minimum Order Requirements (MOQ)

  • First Order & Reorders: To maintain wholesale pricing privileges, accounts must meet a minimum order value or unit count on each transaction. These specific amounts will be unlocked inside your merchant dashboard once approved.

3. Authorized Sales Channels & MAP Policy

  • Third-Party Marketplace Ban: You are strictly prohibited from reselling BrowsXpert products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, or Etsy without explicit, written authorization from Cosmetics Xpert. Sales must be limited to your physical storefront/salon or your independent website.

  • Minimum Advertised Price (MAP): Retail prices on your website or salon must adhere to the current MAP guidelines set by the brand. Discounting products below the authorized MAP pricing is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

4. Payments, Shipping & Damage Claims

  • Payment Terms: All wholesale orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout via approved payment methods (Credit Card, Shop Pay, etc.) before the inventory leaves the warehouse.

  • Inspection Window: You must inspect all shipments upon arrival. Any shortage, wrong item, or damaged product must be reported to Cosmetics Xpert customer support within 3 to 5 business days of delivery, accompanied by photo evidence.

  • Final Sale Policy: All wholesale purchases are considered final sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for unsold inventory or buyer's remorse, except in cases of manufacturer defects.

5. Intellectual Property & Branding

  • Buyers are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use BrowsXpert's logos, product images, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting and selling the products.

  • No Rebranding: You may not alter, repackage, or relabel any BrowsXpert formulas or kits. They must be sold in their original packaging.
